I use DotNetNuke (DNN) as the Content Management System (CMS) to provide an environment that allows you to build out a site based on your needs.
All plans start with a set of foundation features neccessary to build and maintain a web presence. Out of the box you can provide user accounts, access roles, page and content management. These base features provide powerful tools to build an interactive site for your business.
DNN modules are the Building Blocks that will allow you to extend your online options. The "Building Blocks" of DNN are designed to provide specific functionality to use on your web site; functionality you have seen on many other sites that you can easily use on your site when you need it.
I provide many DNN Building Blocks with my plans free for you to use. If you wanted to use them at other hosting services you would have to purchase and then get them installed first. This plan is to start you working on the development of your site with a low expense. As a new business you need to focus on getting your marketing and professional image lined up and out there.
Home Base: Four DNN Building Blocks - $24 / month
This plan is intended for small businesses looking to provide additional features and tools to clients online. This is also a good option for businesses looking to transition there brochure style site into a communications site. The great thing about using your site as a communications tool is you can listen to what your custom needs and respond!
High Rise: Ten DNN Building Blocks - $49 / month
When your business or organization does the majority of it's business online you need to provide a robust web site. With the flexibility of selecting the modules you need the options are limitless!
Skyscraper: All DNN Building Blocks - $99 / month
This plan is here for room to grow and the skys the limit! For those "World Domination" type cases!

Email accounts:
Now days dedicated email account service plans can cost as little as 5 dollars for a 500 account limit. With that in mind I decided to provide shared email with all hosting plans. There is a bit more work to the setup but the benefit is that you can have as many email accounts for your site that you actually need.
